On Her Majesty's Service
Thank you very much indeed for your most excellent work promoting the interests of The People of Thurgau and Switzerland together with The British People and our allies who have stood together since 1914 defending freedom and democracy around the world. It is my greatest pleasure to promote the 1914~1918 museum in Frauenfeld to tourists from all over the World as we build World Peace from 2014~2018 through remembrance. I am now building a permanent allied museum in Romanshorn.
The local people of Romanshorn and Thurgau have played a decisive part throughout history including William Tell who resisted Germanic Hapsburg imperialism and more recently by welcoming the “Schwiezerische kinder” child refugees of Friedrichshafen in World War Two. Beautiful people live in Romanshorn and we welcome everyone to enjoy our new 365 day tourist season with the swimming pool now open year round. Year round tourism will create good jobs and enable pensions to be paid.
The United Kingdom mission to Switzerland, from our main Embassy in Bern, is very interested in buying Public Transport systems from Switzerland which are primarily manufactured in Thurgau by Stadler. The Wil~Frauenfeld bahn is a very good example of the type of system we would like on all British roads in order to encourage people to sell their cars and lead a healthy lifestyle with fitness first.
British, American, Chinese, Russian, Arabic and French speaking tourists land at Zurich airport and are guided by our affiliated staff at the SBB CFF FFS Swiss Travel Service office in Zurich Flughafen to Winterthur where Tram 10 from Zurich is being extended and will reach Frauenfeld by 2018 for the Wil connection. The current Winterthur Bus service is another excellent example of integrated Urban Transport and the additional Tram service will enable a 5 minute service interval, eventually on all lines. On to Frauenfeld, Weinfelden, Amriswil and Romanshorn harbour for the museum and the ships!
In Sirnach the school library is integrated with the public library and we are currently in discussions with Raiffeisen bank to finance the winter garden extension which will create reading space for two school classes so that children can study English in the library with full access to English books. Sirnach is in our canton of Thurgau but passengers currently need to change trains in Wil. The Sirnach triangle extension of the Frauenfeld~Wil bahn will enable the Sirnach to Frauenfeld journey time to be reduced to just 25 minutes and will help everyone in Sirnach and the rest of our canton to sell their cars and use SWISS Public Transport. More money will be available for FREE UK School trips for all.
